How resources are handled

Clear controls before scale.

These practices guide current program and partnership activity.

01

Written scope

Material equipment loans, donations, services, sponsorships, and production support are documented with their purpose and restrictions.

02

Program separation

Applications do not guarantee selection, funding, equipment, distribution, revenue, or other results. Selection terms are published with each active opportunity.

03

Records and review

Ndovu Films maintains program and asset records appropriate to the activity, including condition, custody, use, and disposition where applicable.

04

Public status

The current-work page distinguishes open programs from initiatives that are not yet accepting applications.

Financial information

Reporting will grow with the organization.

Ndovu Films was founded in 2024. Public annual impact and financial reporting will be posted as completed and available. The organization does not present planned program ranges, projected film revenue, or anticipated partnerships as money already received or results already achieved.

Program tuition, if a paid educational program is offered, is payment for an educational service—not a charitable contribution. The public Support page directs charitable gifts to Ndovu Films’ secure Givebutter campaign and provides donor disclosures before the donor leaves this website.
